To help ensure your order arrives safely, please verify that your shipping information is accurate and complete. This will help us reduce the chances of any delivery problems.

When will the new merchandise be released?

We don’t schedule our release dates far in advance. Check our Instagram stories regularly; we usually announce new releases 3-4 days before they drop.

Will there be a restock on merchandise?

We generally avoid restocking items except for special occasions. We have many new designs waiting to be released and prefer to introduce fresh styles rather than restocking older ones.

Do you offer any personalized custom tees?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom tees. Creating a design can take over 24 hours, so we dedicate that time to designs that will be available to everyone."

ORDER ASSISTANCE 

Address Issue: If you’ve entered the wrong address, let us know immediately before shipping. Contact us with your correct shipping details via direct message on Instagram @mercyclub.ca.

Faulty Item: For any faulty items, please reach out to us on Instagram @mercyclub.ca, and we'll address the issue promptly.

Missing Item: First, thoroughly check your package for the missing item. If it’s still missing, contact us on Instagram @mercyclub.ca for assistance.

Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item, inform us on Instagram @mercyclub.ca, and we'll work to resolve the issue.

Order Confirmation: Check your email spam/junk folder for order and shipping confirmations. If not found, contact us on Instagram @mercyclub.ca for assistance.

Returns: Once shipped, orders cannot be returned.

Shirt Care: We recommend washing shirts inside out.

DELIVERY ASSISTANCE

Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 8am - 5:00pm EST and typically take 3-4 weeks to process before shipping.

Undelivered Order: Contact your country's postal service or local post office if your order shows delivered but isn't received. Please note, we are not liable for lost packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Shipping Destination: We ship worldwide.

International Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes up to 2 weeks, but customs delays may occur.

Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. Failure to pay may result in package rejection.

Payment Options: We accept all major credit and debit cards.
